Recommended hotel Due to my professional activity, I've been a guest at Hotel Hangelar near Sankt Augustin since 2016. The Hotel Hangelar is characterized above all by the friendliness of the staff. The hotel has bright, spacious and modern rooms. The breakfast buffet is very varied and good. In the evening you can eat well in the hotel's own restaurant. I always like to come back to the Hotel Hangelar.

Nice, sufficiently large and clean rooms, clean sanitary facilities. The latter, however, is a bit shabby (cracks in the sink, chipped tiles), but cannot be avoided with constantly changing residents The floor tiles in the bathroom are dangerous. Extremely smooth with wet feet after showering. Here the owner should think about floor mats The rooms have (partially) covered balconies / terraces, so smokers can also satisfy their addiction. The garage that was offered to us for the bicycles could have been cleaned, and even an old washing machine is not necessarily there. Unfortunately there are also no sockets for e-bikes. Very nice breakfast room, which probably also serves as a bar in the evening (currently not due to Corona) The hotel is outside the village, but there is a bakery and 2-3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity (5 minutes' walk). I recommend the "Bürgerhof" because they have excellent steaks.

Small but very fine hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Problems are dealt with immediately. Rooms are friendly, modern and very clean. Like the entire hotel. There was nothing to complain about about the breakfast included in the price.

Beautiful hotel with a cozy public areas. Room for federal road are noisy, but there are earplugs. Zur Linde Street is probably quieter. Extensive breakfast buffet. Plenty of parking at the house.

A professional journey. A sleepover. I found a small but nice room. Fortunately, to the side of the quieter side street. The guests to the main road have it a little less pleasant. What I did not like about the room was the fact that the fridge had been removed, the TV program was not that generous. Half star deduction. Full score gets the restaurant with the hotel bar. The food was great and plentiful. The right combination of quantity, quality and price. The service was good. Attentive and friendly. Overall, the hotel Hangelar is definitely worth booking.

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Fairly accesible Bonn city center, by bus or S-Bahn.

I think is a bit "overpriced". Yes the location is good, pretty close to the city center of Bonn, but rooms are a bit too small, and old. Also sound insulation is not good, you can hear other rooms but even worst, you hear noise from the cars on the close street.
